Sierra is a co-founder and lead dancer of Destroyers of Dance, an HBCU style alumni dance team based in Memphis. Sierra travels nationally as a dance educator, training youth and adults in majorette, heels, and hip-hop dance styles. Her teaching style emphasizes confidence, musicality, cultural pride, and personal growth.

Marlando currently serves as the Percussion Advisor at Memphis Raleigh Egypt High School and is an active member of the Zeta Mu Chapter Summer Line for 2025. He plays with the Memphis United Drummers, is an assistant instructor with M.Y.A.I. a Wolfpac Alumni Drummer and has served as both a drummer and instructor for various jamborees.

Darious attended Jackson State University from 2010 to 2015, where he marched with the Sonic Boom of the South and served as an assistant section leader in 2012. He is a member of Tau Epsilon Nu and Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc., and currently serves as an advisor for the Sigma Beta Club and Mu Phi Sigma.

Kayla is a percussionist, educator, and servant leader whose work is rooted in discipline, purpose, and a deep passion for music. She studied at Jackson State University where she marched with the JSU Sonic Boom of the South in the percussion section known as War and Thunder. Kayla is President of the Zeta Mu Chapter of Mu Phi Sigma National Percussion Fraternity. She is also a member of Eastern Star, Tau Epsilon Nu, and Z Phi Z. She serves as an officer for the State of Mississippi and as the percussion instructor at Hickory Ridge Middle School.

Earl is a professional dancer, flag coach, and performer. He has coached at East High School, Fairley High School, LeMoyne-Owen College, and the Memphis Mass Band. He is currently a professional dancer with the Destroyers of Dance.

Jeff is a percussion instructor at Fort Valley State University. Recently, Jeff partnered with American Drum to create his own signature drumstick, a testament to his expertise and influence in the percussion community. In addition to his work at the university, He also instructs the Atlanta All-Star Mass Band drum section.

Jasma has over 20 years of dance experience. Jasma was a proud member of the Hamilton High Stepping Majorettes, where she served as Captain during her senior year. Jasma pursued higher education at Jackson State University, and was a member of the world-renowned Sonic Boom of the South’s Prancing J-Settes where she served as Captain. Jasma is also a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. and Tau Beta Sigma National Honorary Band Sorority. She is the current Head Coach of DD4L Memphis and serves as a Lead for the Destroyers of Dance Alumni Dance Organization.

Da’Nesja James is a graduate of Whitehaven High School, where she served as a flag girl for all four years and held the position of captain during her junior and senior years. She later attended the University of Memphis where she was an active member of the Memphis Mass Band and of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority. Da’Nesja returned to Whitehaven High School to assist with coaching during the 2021 and 2022 seasons.

Donald is a percussionist and attended the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff, where he played cymbals. He later attended Jackson State University, where he played bass drum. Donald is a dedicated member of Mu Phi Sigma Percussion Fraternity, where he continues to uphold the organization’s core values of fellowship, excellence, and service through the art of percussion.
