EN-RICH-MENT is a Canton, Ohio-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization founded in 2012 that provides free music, education, training, instruments, art, drawing, dance, voice, theater, steel drums, african drums, drumline, graphic design and gardening classes and more to underserved urban youth ages 5 through 18 years.


High value educational experience 

Children display paintings from arts & craft class

Students are offered high-level learning opportunities through classes in music theory, history of various genres of music, and musicianship. They also receive private/group lessons and perform in concerts and community events.
Nurturing Mentors offer support and develop a positive friendship with the youth. Health and Wellness groups provide workshops that teach the participants how to live a healthier lifestyle.

Marketing and Promotions Specialist

GENERAL DESCRIPTION: Performs professional duties designed specifically to promote EN-RICH-MENT as the preferred not-for-profit child and youth development agency in Stark County. Also, disseminate information on the array of programs, activities, events, and initiatives through creative marketing strategies. The Marketing and Promotions publicity goals will be established by the EN-RICH-MENT Executive Director and the agency’s Planning Team, of which the Marketing and Promotions Specialist is a contributing member. The Marketing and Promotions Specialist is highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and inspire potential participants, stakeholders, and visitors. Awareness of mental health offerings, is a plus. The Marketing & Promotion Coordinator is a part-time employee.

Color Guard Instructor

EN-RICH-MENT’s Color Guard will introduce the Drumline during their numerous performances throughout the year. The Color Guard will assist the Drumline in maintaining its formation. The youth Color Guard provides visual focus and precision to engage spectators.

The instructional aspects include coordinated movement, regimented step, dance, and equipment movement synchronization, and position requirements and responsibilities. For example, EN-RICH-MENT’s Color Guard will include, but not be limited to, the following formations and positions: Color Officer, Lead Squad, Relief Squad, and Rear Guard; upon expansion additional positions may include a unit of trained Escorts and Honor Guards.
