Launched in April 2020 MENTORSTARK is a non-profit organization dedicated to building connections throughout Canton and Stark County Ohio. She meet James Warnken a Walsh Business student were they started a mentoring and networking partnership. Overtime Moline began building connections with Stark County businesses to launch the program.

Connecting Stark County

Stark County has programs, schools, colleges, and individuals who want to support youth as they move into productive, meaningful, and self-sustaining lives. There are social services providers, work training programs, and financial resources for those in need. However Moline noticed there is a disconnect of information, business relationships, and mentors. This is why the program exists to bridge gaps of information.

Mentors play an important role in career exploration and development. It can be challenging make a career decisions without industry exposure or a mentor. MENTORSTARK invites non-profit organizations and business professionals to help youth explore careers and job opportunities.
